We love this hotel. Good service, sweet location, and great rooms - the hotel just works really well. Everyone is pretty nice and the hotel is well maintained. Things I really like: 1) cool outdoor zone next to the pool - after your breakfast, grab an extra cup of coffee and it's a great place to tackle your in-box or even take a Zoom call, 2) a better 'inclusive' breakfast than the usual fare, even when it was really busy one morning - good breakfast, plenty of seating options and again, good service and keeping everything stocked, 3) a walkable location for shopping and dining - Old Pasadena is right there, and 4) good/easy parking. Hot tip - if you are driving, the parking garage entrance is after the walk bridge and the yellow fire hydrant on the left side. There about two million parking garage entrances and exits before the Hyatt entrance.

Rooms surround the outdoor pool and quiet hours aren't until 10pm. It's hella loud. 9pm might be more reasonable for quiet hours. Walls are also thin. Glad I have my sound machine. Breakfast is okay. Parking is $35/day. Room is okay just really loud. Carpeted floors.

We stay at this hotel for our Universal Studios mini vacation and totally Loved our stay!!!!. Cleanliness was top notch!! Very nice outdoor space with pool and seating area (open until 10pm). Backdoor transitions seamlessly to the shopping plaza area. Hotel offers Parking for $35/night (you can also park across the street for $12/night) breakfast was amazing with many different options to choose from.

Lovely hotel! The lobby area is beautiful and well appointed, the rooms are clean and modern. The location could not be better. It is centrally located in old town Pasadena in walking distance from numerous shopping, food, and sightseeing destinations. You must check out city hall if you are coming from out of town - it is gorgeous and picturesque, and in walking distance! I felt very safe both at the hotel and in the surrounding areas. Also, not far from LA if you plan on going into the city. They also had Complimentary coffee and a delicious breakfast that includes bacon, eggs, potatoes, hash browns, yogurt, fruit etc. staff was kind and welcoming. One of the men working the front desk could use more training, as he made check in very difficult. But Allyson, one of the managers was luckily available, and was very professional and helpful. The meeting room spaces and event staff are also great. I taught a seminar and was very impressed with both the meeting space and event staff. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again and will recommend it to my company for continued use for seminars!
